24 Hour Notice Gynecologic Services Fee Schedule En Espanol

EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2, 2004

All fees are quotes only, until an ultrasound is performed to accurately assess the gestational age (length of pregnancy in weeks). Prices are for single pregnancy and no other medical problems. Actual charges will be calculated on a case by case basis. All fees are due in full at the time of services.

The following are included in our fees:

  • Pregnancy test
  • Ultrasound before and after procedure
  • IV Sedation
  • Lab Work
  • Patient Counseling (Education)
  • Birth control pills
  • Physician on call 24 hours for patient calls

    All procedures usually done in ONE day.

    Payment
    We accept payments in cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), or check card with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card logos. We do not accept checks or money orders. Most private insurance accepted. Please call ahead to have insurance verified prior to making your appointment.



    Follow-Up Visit
    The follow up visit is available at an additional modest fee of $35, and includes a pregnancy test, vaginal ultrasound and pelvic exam performed by the physician, as well as a private consultation with the physician regarding future contraceptive measures.

    Tubal Ligation
    Tubal ligation on an outpatient basis is available at several area hospitals to patients with private health insurance only. If you are interested in this service, please call the office for more details.
