Payment
We accept payments in cash, all major credit cards, and check cards with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover, and American Express logos. We do not accept checks or money orders. Card holder must be present. Payment with credit card requires a $25 additional charge.

Private health insurance accepted. Please call ahead of time to have insurance coverage verified prior to making your appointment.



Instructions

• Nothing to eat or drink after midnight, the night before your appointment.
• Wear loose fitting clothing
• Bring a pair of scoks and 2-3 maxipads
• Have your ID available at the appointment. (ID with date of birth: state ID, Drivers License, or Pasport)
• Minors - Please contact office for proper requirements
  

Follow Up
The follow up is performed by the physician. Services include a vaginal ultrasound, pelvic exam, and a private consultation with the physician regarding future contraceptive measures.

Tubal Ligation
Tubal ligation on an outpatient basis is available at Womens' Hospital of Texas to patients with private health insurance only. If you are interested in this service, please call the office for more details.
